Servizio Reintegro Prodotti
Per coloro che già possiedono la cassetta di pronto soccorso e vogliono utilizzare il servizio "CONTATTACI PRIMA DELLA SCADENZA", è necessario compilare ed inviare il modulo sottostante in tutte le sue parti.
Il servizio vi invierà subito i prodotti scaduti da reintegrare e, circa un mese prima, vi avviserà della scadenza di quelli presenti per essere sostituiti dopo vostra conferma.
N.b. esiste la possibilità che i prezzi di alcune referenze possano essere modificati: prima dell’invio vi verranno comunicati per un’accettazione od un rifiuto.
Per chi desidera usufruire del servizio di spedizione verrà applicato un'aggiunta di 10€.
Regulations
The first aid kit is mandatory equipment that must be present in category A and B companies, as required by theart. 45of theLegislative Decree n. 81/08and implemented byMinisterial Decree n. 388/03. The interested companies are, as identified by art. 1, DM 388/03, those ofgroup A, ie: those that carry out industrial activities, thermoelectric plants, nuclear plants and laboratories, extractive companies and companies carrying out other mining activities, underground works, companies for the manufacture of explosives, powders and ammunition; Companies or production units with more than 5 workers attributable to INAIL tariff groups, with an accident index of permanent disability greater than four; Companies or production units with more than 5 permanent workers in the agricultural sector. Finally, those included in thegroup B, i.e.: companies or production units with three or more workers who do not fall into group A.
Sanctions
The contents of the first aid kit must be periodically checked and promptly integrated, if the state of use of any aid proves to be incorrect or terminated. In addition, obligated companies must also make available"a means of communication suitable for rapidly activating the emergency system of the National Health Service". The non-punctual observance of the obligations established by the first paragraph of the art. 45 "First aid" of Legislative Decree no. 81/08, involves the imposition of specificationssanctions. In this case, thesanction for the employer and the managerpunishes acriminal offenceand is the following, provided for by art. 55, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08: arrest from two to four months or a fine from 822.00 to 4,384.00 euros.
